As you gather arena gear, simply prioritize it so you replace slots other than your t4, but you should eventually be in full arena gear. The resil and arena set bonus do a lot for pvp, and you're not necessarily gimping yourself on damage too much with s3 since the stats aren't that bad.
Also, you may want to consider getting a better trinket to replace the Skyguard Silver Cross, to get more survivability (Battlemaster's Determination or Battlemasters Cruelty) or for more dps on command (Berserker's Call, Figurine - Shadowsong Panther, or any others you may get from raids, instances, or crafts)Wear...

Well, not too bad. I can speak to BM, if not MM.
For leveling:
-FF is not necessary until you get Kill Command, move the points to Imp Revive Pet
-Don't get beastial swiftness, get a pet with dash, dive, or charge
-Don't max Frenzy, 80 is plenty.
-Max Animal Handler, there is no other way to improve your pet's hit rate
-Ferocious Inspiration is good if you group a lot, if you plan to solo most of the time, the points are better spent elsewhere.

How in the world do you link that excel sheet. I use that spreadsheet for all gear is a close call when it comes to upgrades, and I want to link it to others, but I don't know how, since I don't get a URL it loads directly to open/download and then to excel.That's a tough call, since that gem can make a big difference. I'd suggest loading your character into Cheeky's spreadsheet and playing around with it.

The belt is very good and there a few reasons not to buy it.
Wearing leather is perfectly ok.
Armory is very slow currently, so I aborted checking your profile and just give some unspecific advice.
You might want to look at the craftable belts from SSC.
Those are also rather good (and very cheap now that nether vortexes are boe and can be bought with badges or from the AH). It might be a good idea to get a craftable belt from SSC (for SV spec go for the leather one (belt of deep shadows?); for BM spec go for the mail version (belt of the black eagle?)).
